Comrades 2012 gives you the opportunity to make a difference through their Amabeadibeadi campaign. The Comrades Marathon Association has allocated a special seeding batch for those runnners who have raised money for the Amabeadibeadi charities in the build up to the Comrades Marathon 2012. In order to qualify to start in this batch you need to raise a minimum of R5000. The benefits of qualifying for this seeding batch include the superior seeding, special goodie bags and spot prizes exclusive to the charity seeding group. We have also managed to secure some incentive prizes for those runners who raise the most for the amabeadibeadi charities.

Normal entry and qualification criteria still applies for the 2012 Comrades Marathon. (You still need to enter as per normal and you still need to run a standard marathon in under 5 hours. See full criteria here).

Who are the amabeadibeadi charities?
